Stamp on Cloud is the attendance tracking app that allows you to stamp in a simple, digital and economical way using your smartphone. The Predictive QR Code®, patented authentication technology, is a unique and secure identification system that uses the staffs smartphone without the need to use paper badges. The Predictive QR Code prevents copying because it is dynamic: it changes every 500 milliseconds and the validity expires with each change, furthermore, this is linked to the serial number of the smartphone and can also work in offline mode, i.e. when there is no internet connection or to a server.Timbra on Cloud manages attendance recording via mobile app, allowing each employee to access the Predictive QR Code, i.e. a dynamic QR Code that can be automatically read by another smartphone/tablet or by a common QR Code reader. entry, stamping takes place by reading the Predictive QR Code. The mobile app contains additional information, i.e. it gives the employee the opportunity to enter justifications (permits, delays, etc.). The Timbra on Cloud mobile app contains a chat that allows each employee to communicate with the human resources office and send documents. In turn, it is possible to send broadcast messages to all employees. All clockings can be exported to Excel. Timbra on Cloud lends itself and adapts to every situation: from offices, to construction sites, to remote working.
